The Betsy Hotel, South Beach Miami Beach

Had very relaxing 2 days here thanks to its good location and staff. A pizza restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was an advantage.

It is clean, pretty standard hotel, that has great location and staff. Caring employees are when faced with a problem or request.

Tbh, had an excellent stay on the guest experience.

We liked this fairly clean hotel with a beautiful lobby. The staff was customer-facing and the location was best possible - altogether a pleasant experience. Also, Story Nightclub was 2.0 km away. The pizza restaurant had exceptional food and very efficient service.

Everything was great, excellent service, lovely location right by The Alley restaurant which offers Italian fare at lower prices than one would expect on Ocean Drive and the beautiful beach. Huge and contemporary room with a balcony looking onto a brick wall, I had a really comfortable stay. The pool was good and I had good drinks in the lobby bar.

Location and staff are very good, I loved exceptionally comfortable bed. Really nice building and rooms with stylish decoration. The restaurant is outdoor! Early check-in, late check-out. And the pool is great.

We booked king room for 2 nights and had a really good stay. It was central and close to New World Center. We would recomand the restaurant at a near distance from the hotel, it was really nice.

Hotel was centrally located, and the room was light and brand-new. Personnel was willing to help, particularly helpful people. Breakfast was outstanding, slices of fresh bread, bakery, fresh fruit, cheese and meats - all cheap. Simple location, within walking distance of collins avenue.

The check-in was friendly, the service was impeccable, plus exceptional location. Room was completely renovated, I enjoyed the bed and luxury bathroom...

Facilities were clean modern, however Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Brand-new hotel in a very nice boutique Art Deco style building.

The building itself is truly lovely with modern design. Plunge swimming pool, huge bar.

The hotel was clean and functional, enjoyed the quiet beds. Plentiful breakfast, branded drinks.

It was an outstanding stay, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT place. The room was more than satisfactory and included a nice sized bathroom.

Overall the best stay - good price value, considering prices in other hotels. Rooms where immaculate and impeccable. A sandy beach, perfect view. The lobby restaurant and lovely bar, we really enjoyed them.

It's a fairly large hotel, enjoyable breakfast. Absolutely beautiful view of sea.

There is hair in some places.

Worth its 5 stars. It was a comfortable stay & location was great. Provided continental breakfast. The beds and pillow were comfy.

We think it's a good base for staying in Miami Beach. Liked the food at their on-site restaurant The Alley.

Shame the bathroom was very small. The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

We enjoyed rooms and service. Chilled-out base for your vacations in Miami Beach. One could dine at restaurants such as Ocean Juice 10 minutes away.
